3:16 Training Facility is hiring a certified yoga instructor for our dedicated studio in Redlands, California. You'll lead grounded, intentional group classes for our 400+ member base, help shape the schedule, and set the tone in one of the most ambitious wellness facilities in Southern California.

The role

What you'll do

Lead group yoga classes — vinyasa, slow flow, power, or restorative.
Cue with clarity. Adapt for new students, returning members, and athletes recovering from training.
Help shape the class schedule, formats, and weekend specials alongside the ownership team.
Greet members, set the tone in the studio, and make every class feel personal.
Maintain a clean, organized studio space between sessions.

What we're looking for

RYT-200 certification (Yoga Alliance) at minimum — RYT-500 a plus.
1+ year of teaching experience preferred; we'll consider strong newer instructors with proven cueing.
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
Energy, professionalism, and a coach mentality — members come back for you.
Reliable transportation; available some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The offer

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
Schedule: Open to part-time, full-time, or per-class — we'll build the schedule around the right person.
Studio: Dedicated yoga studio, integrated lighting, professional sound.
Membership: Complimentary full-facility membership while employed.
